What the site is
cbbConfetti publishes college basketball statistics, ratings and model projections for information and entertainment. Projections are estimates and are often wrong: tested on past NCAA tournaments, the model picked roughly 70 of every 100 winners, and the later rounds are close to a coin flip.
Not advice
Nothing on the site is betting, financial or professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. If you wager, you do so at your own risk and within the laws where you live.
Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account. Do not misuse the site, try to get around its limits, scrape it at volume, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.
Data sources
Statistics and ratings come from third-party sources and may contain errors or delays. Team names and marks belong to their owners; cbbConfetti is not affiliated with the NCAA or any school or conference.
No warranty; limit of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, cbbConfetti is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
